Cookbook overview

Cookbook is what you make and what you sell. Managers and owners only. Staff use Prep and Orders, not this menu.

Recipes drive prep quantities, waste, and food cost. Products are the dishes on the ticket.

New shop: Get the shop running, then Build a menu.

Under Menu or Diary, a second row switches Recipes / Products or Baker / Chef.

Recipes + Products → Weekly planner → Prep and Waste
