Hours & closures

Store → Setup → Hours is when this store is open. Today’s waste and profit stay in progress until close on the store clock, then that day is final.

Managers and owners only. Hours are per store.

Set it up

Hours

For each weekday set Open and Close (store local time).

Apply to all days copies one row across the week when hours are the same every day.

Closure dates

Full days closed (holiday, snow):

1. Pick the date.
2. Optional label (Christmas).
3. Add. That calendar day overrides regular hours.

Closed dates cannot take Staffing shifts. If you never open a weekday, also set weekly par to 0 for that day.

Use it

You do not look at this during a rush. Prep and Orders do not need it. Waste and profits do — close is the cutoff for Today.

If it looks wrong

• Time zone comes from the store address. Wrong address → wrong close.
• You are editing another location — check the header.
