Events

Store → Plan → Events is a volume lift on a specific day — home game, holiday, catering.

Before you start

A weekly planner for a normal night. The event sits on top of that.

Set it up

1. Pick the date (or a recurring pattern when the form offers it).
2. Name it (Friday home game).
3. Set order lift %. That percent is added to the day’s plan for prep and forecast.

Example: plan 40, event +15% → 46.

Use it

You will see +N% event on the weekly planner when it applies, on the Dashboard forecast, and in Prep quantities.

Events do not change POS sales. They only change the plan inside Parsley.

If it looks wrong

• Date is on the wrong store.
• Lift is still on after the night — edit or remove it.
• Prep jumped but the weekly plan did not — that is the event doing its job.
