Switching stores

If you can open more than one store, a location dropdown sits in the header (map pin).

1. Open it.
2. Pick the store you are working (name + city).
3. Prep, orders, inventory, and POS reload for that address. They do not mix.

Owners always see every store. Staff and managers only see stores they were granted.

What is per store

• Weekly product plan
• Hours and closure dates
• Square or Toast connection
• Tickets
• Inventory
• Cookbook (recipes, products, diaries)

Switching stores does not mix data between addresses.

All locations

Store → Setup → Stores lists every store you can access.

Owners can Add store, Configure, or Remove (not the last store). Cards show POS, pars, and hours status.

Managers see the list and switch. They cannot add or delete stores.

Who works where

Owners set this under Team → Store access. Grant manager or staff per address. Staff cannot add themselves to a store they were not assigned.
