Team & invites

Team is where managers and owners invite people and set roles on the active store.

Set it up

1. Enter the email they will use to sign in.
2. Choose Staff (Prep, Orders, Dashboard) or Manager (store admin). Owners invite managers.
3. Send invite. Email goes out when mail is configured; otherwise copy the link and send it in Slack or a text.

Pending invites: Copy link, Retry email, or Revoke.

The link works if they already have an account — they sign in and join.

Use it

The list is everyone on this store: Owner, Manager, Staff.

Managers can change staff ↔ manager where allowed, and remove staff. They cannot remove other managers.

Owners can promote or demote managers, remove managers, and manage extra locations.

Store access (owners, bottom of Team) lists org members and which addresses they can open. Set manager or staff per store. Owners always have every store.

After access is granted, people with more than one store switch with the map pin in the header.

If it looks wrong

• Email never arrived — spam, then Copy link.
• “No shop” after login — different email than the invite, or the invite was revoked.
